Here are our submission guidelines:

- Posts should be at least 500 words and free of errors. If you want us to write a post on your behalf, we can do that too.
- Submissions are typically reviewed within one week. We’ll do our best to beat that time frame.
- Please avoid any topics around illicit drugs, supplements, sex, etc. That is not appropriate on Epivac.org.
